Update: Billingsley sworn in Print

Judge Michael Montero and Councilman Jim Billingsley WINNEMUCCA — The Winnemucca City Council's newest member was sworn in on Monday (April 19) -- by a former student.  Councilman Jim Billingsley was Judge Michael Montero's teacher and wrestling coach at Lowry High School.  Now retired, Billingsley was appointed by the council to fill the seat vacated by the resignation of Patty Herzog.  Billingsley will serve until elections are held in November.
