Namaste! Start off the week with relaxation and peace of mind in a beautiful setting! This summer, the Classes at the Garden are beginner-level and taught by certified yoga instructor Jessica Sherman. Participants of all ages and abilities are welcome, though everyone should participate at their own risk. The beauty of yoga is that you can adapt the poses and pace to your comfort level, to avoid muscle straining and to ensure that you are doing what’s best for your body. For your own comfort, we ask that you bring a water bottle and a towel or mat to practice on.
