The following were the results of arraignment and sentencing hearings for the 6th Judicial District Court - Department 2 on Monday, May 10.  Judge Michael Montero presiding.

  •  The probation for Joshua Thord Odell, sentenced for felony receiving/possessing/withholding stolen property, was revoked after evidence was presented that the defendant was not following the rules of probation. Odell was ordered to serve the underlying sentence of 12-32 months in prison.
  • Jessica Lee Biederman-Hernandez pleaded guilty to gross misdemeanor destroying evidence. A sentencing hearing was set for 1:30 p.m. July 12.
  • The arraignment for Eric Austin Cordova, charged with gross misdemeanor child abuse/neglect/endangerment was continued until 2 p.m. July 12.
