WINNEMUCCA-- The man charged last August on allegations he attacked and injured a Humboldt County Sheriff's Office deputy in an attempt to take her patrol vehicle was in 6th Judicial District Court on Friday (Jan 27) for arraignment.
Sandoval Ezequiel Jacobo, 26, pleaded not guilty to four category B felonies: burglary, battery on an officer with substantial bodily harm, battery with the intent to commit a crime, and attempted robbery. He also pleaded not guilty to gross misdemeanor indecent or obsence exposure. A jury trial was scheduled for April 3-6. A pretrial hearing was set for March 12.
