WINNEMUCCA — A traffic infraction on Interstate 80 resulted in the seizure of three to four pounds of marijuana and the arrest of a New York man for allegedly transporting a controlled substance. The stop occurred about 47 miles east of town Wednesday (June 2) evening. Matthew Sieman, 32, of Dove initiated a traffic stop at about Sieman was arrested and charged with transporting a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, and several traffic infractions. Bail was set at $20, 831. Having made bail, Sieman is no longer in custody. |
