Arrest, citation and accident reports - Feb. 24 Print

The following arrest and citation information was taken from media reports issued by the Winnemucca Police Department, the Humboldt County Sheriff's Office, and the Nevada Highway Patrol.

Saturday, Feb. 6

  • Donald Duncan Hinkey, 56, was charged with reckless driving causing an accident in which one of the passengers was injured. According to the report, Hinkey was allegedly driving 80 mph in a 55 mph zone.

Tuesday, Feb. 16

  • James Ray Hall, 46 was arrested and charged with DUI. According to the report, the subject was pulled over while driving a commercial vehicle. Bail was $1,219.

 Wednesday, Feb. 17

  • Bethany Bershel Trujillo,18, was arrested and charged with battery, loitering near a school, and provoking assault. Bail was $3,366.

 Friday, Feb. 19

  • Joshua Scott MacDonald, 28,  was arrested on an outstanding warrant charging burglary, child endangerment, and domestic battery.  Bail was $36, 122.

 Tuesday, Feb. 23

  • Jake Alan Ruz, 23, was arrested on an outstanding warrant from Reno charging possession of a hypodermic needle. Bail was $5,000
