The following arrest and citation information was taken from media reports issued by the Winnemucca Police Department, the Humboldt County Sheriff's Office, and the Nevada Highway Patrol.

Tuesday, Feb. 2

Hugo Rivera, 29, was arrested on two outstanding warrants and placed on a no-bail hold.

Michael Anthony Lee Masterman, 19, was arrested and charged with domestic battery.  Bail was $3,122.

Maryanna Anderson, 41, was cited after a non-injury accident at the intersection of Paradise Ranchos and Sagebrush.

Wednesday, Feb. 3

Danielle K. McCutchen, 23, was arrested on two counts of battery and was additionally charged on a failure to appear warrant.  Bail was $2,541.

Thomas Chad George, 25, was arrested and charged with DUI, use of turn signal required, and driving without proof of insurance.  Bail was $1,941.

Thursday, Feb. 4

Hallie Sheen, 27, was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled substance for sales, possession of drug paraphernalia, DUI, driving without a license in possession, and driving in the bike lane.  Bail was $11,898.

Samantha Lynn Rand, 29, was arrested and charged with DUI.  Bail was $1,299.

Ignacio Lara Garcia, 23, was arrested and charged with driving with suspended plates, driving without a valid driver’s license, and driving without proof of insurance.  Bail was $1,236.

Stacy L. Brookins, 25, was arrested on a misdemeanor warrant for failure to appear in court. Bail was $354.

Saturday, Feb. 6

David Vincente Roblero, 19, was arrested and charged with driving on the right side required, second offense driving without a valid driver’s license, minor in consumption, DUI, open container, and furnishing false information to law enforcement.  Bail was $4,615.

Sunday, Feb. 7

Brandon E. North, 19, of Lovelock, was arrested and charged with DUI.  He was placed on a no-bail hold.  Neil C. Rudd, 20, also of Lovelock, was cited for minor in consumption.

Wednesday, Feb. 10

Tennison Q. Pine, 19, was arrested and charged with carrying a concealed weapon, minor in consumption, and possession of drug paraphernalia.  According to the report, officers were called after bystanders reported a man, possibly intoxicated, standing on a street corner yelling.  Bail was $5,799.

Tabitha Ann Yocum, 26, was arrested and charged with driving with a suspended driver’s license. Bail was $337.

David Solis, 18, was arrested and charged with driving without a valid driver’s license. Bail was $177.

Thursday, Feb. 11

Andrew Tollee Fellard, 39, was arrested on an outstanding warrant and was additionally charged with driving with suspended driver’s license and license plates.  Bail was $1,288.

Timothy Louis Harshman, 47, was arrested on an out-of-jurisdiction warrant charging he failed to appear for court.  Bail was $193.

Carlos Campbell, 36, was arrested on an outstanding warrant. Bail was $976.

Byron Savely, 32, was arrested on an outstanding warrant and was placed on a no-bail hold.

Saturday, Feb. 13

Lisa Renee Hendon, 45, was arrested FTA traffic citation.  Bail was $299.

Joel Lopez, 23, was arrested on an outstanding warrant charging trespass. Bail was $177 – cash only.

Walter Morfin, 20, was cited for failure to yield the right-of-way at an intersection following an accident at E. Winnemucca Blvd. and Baud St.  No injuries were reported.

Caroline C. Joliff, 57, was arrested and charged with indecent exposure after an incident at a local truck stop.  Bail was $2,500.

Sunday, Feb. 14

Pablo Mendez, 36of Sparks, was arrested and charged with resisting a public officer.  According to the report by Officer Matt Heylett, WPD officers responded to a fight at a local bar.  During the course of the investigation officers asked the subject for identification, he refused to provide identification, and was subsequently arrested. Bail was $1,122

Tuesday, Feb.  16

Lydia Ann Sweeney, 19 was arrested and charged with petit larceny.  Bail was set at $337.
