The following arrest and citation information was taken from media reports issued by the Winnemucca Police Department, the Humboldt County Sheriff's Office and the Nevada Highway Patrol.

Thursday, Feb. 2

• L.A. Cox, 46, was charged with theft not amounting to robbery for allegedly snatching money out of the hand of a juvenile.  Bail was $10,000.

Saturday, Feb. 4

• Elvis Luther Jr., 25,  was charged with resisting a peace officer. Bail was $1,127.
• David Moreno-Romero,  29, of Las Vegas was charged with gross misdemeanor peering/peeping and misdemeanor stalking for allegedly following a woman and peeping at her while she was in the restroom.  Bail was $3,627.
• Gregory Potter, 48, was charged with DUI and driving without a valid license  Bail was $1,309.

Thursday, Feb. 9

• Real Mario Desroisers, 49, was arrested on an outstanding warrant charging failure to appear in court.  Bail was $542.
