The following arrest and citation information was taken from media reports issued by the Winnemucca Police Department, the Humboldt County Sheriff's Office and the Nevada Highway Patrol.
Thursday, Jan. 26
- Brian Trull, 28, was arrested on an outstanding warrant. Bail was $1,411.
Wednesday, Jan. 27
- Sean Lance Murphy, 45, was charged with DUI and making an improper turn. Bail was $1,229.
Saturday, Jan. 28
- A 20-year-old man was injured after his vehicle left Highland Dr., traveled into a person’s yard, then struck a concrete wall. The incident occurred at 3:30 p.m. The report generated by the WPD was forwarded to the DA’s Office.
- Alejandro Roblero, 24, was charged with DUI and various traffic offenses. Bail was $1,754.
- Gloria Sorensen, 50, was charged with misuse of 911. According to the report generated by WPD, this was the subject's six arrest for this same charge. Bail was $2,500.
Sunday, Jan. 29
- Jonathan Hernandez, 20, was charged with driving with a revoked license. Bail was $342.
Monday, Jan. 30
- Noi Patacsi, 29, was arrested on an outstanding warrant charging failure to appear in court and was further cited for speeding. Bail was $469.
Tuesday, Jan. 31
- Timothy Seay, 49, was arrested on an outstanding felony warrant charging burglary. Bail was $20,000.
- L.A. Cox, 46, was charged with misdemeanor trespass after he entered a store he had just been trespassed from 40 minutes before.
Wednesday, Feb. 1
- William Patrick Mayne, 39, of Cottonwood Heights, Utah, was arrested on an outstanding misdemeanor warrant. Bail was $145.
- Jennifer Benjamin, 43, was arrested on an outstanding felony warrant charging failure to comply with the terms of release. The subject was placed on a no-bail hold.
- Breyenne Royal Merideth was arrested on an outstanding misdemeanor warrant charging failure to appear in court. Bail was $564.
- A male juvenile was charged with misdemeanor MIC after being found on the roadway in intoxicated. The juvenile’s parents were notified. The juvenile was taken to the Humboldt County Juvenile Detention Center.
- A 16-year-old female was charged with misdemeanor petit larceny for allegedly taking two items of clothing from a local store.
