The following arrest and citation information was taken from media reports issued by the Winnemucca Police Department, the Humboldt County Sheriff's Office and the Nevada Highway Patrol.
Friday, Jan. 13
- A reported runaway juvenile was located, taken into custody, and returned to his parents via the Humboldt County Juvenile Detention Center.
Thursday, Jan. 19
- Ryan James Larue, 28, Jamee Lynn Fox, 29, Eric Thomas Myers, 23, and Shane Steven Mobley-Lance, 22, were found in a local hotel room that was not rented to them and were ultimately charged with burglary, possession of a controlled substance/meth, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, trespass and possession of a controlled substance with the intent to sell. According to the report generated by the WPD, a glass pipe commonly used for smoking meth and a baggie of marijuana, a metal grinder, and an electronic scale were recovered. An employee of the hotel called authorities after the arrest of the subjects to report additional meth was found behind the toilet. The bail for Fox, who claimed the marijuana was hers, was $36,282; the bail for Larue, who had two outstanding warrants charging failure to appear in court, was being held without bail; the bail for Mobley-Lance and Myers was $35,682.
- Edward Rick Castellanos, 51, was charged with domestic battery. Bail was $3,000.
Friday, Jan. 20
- Raul Pimentel Hernandez, 36, was charged with possession of a controlled substance/meth and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bail was $5,627.
- Armando Acevado, 19, was charged with first-offense DUI. Bail was $3,000.
Sunday, Jan. 22
- Daniel Louis Smith, 24, was charged with indecent exposure and disorderly conduct for allegedly cursing at people, urinating on vehicles, and exposing himself. Bail was $2,840.
- Douglas Clifton Bangs, 57, was charged with DUI, open container while driving, driving on the right side of the road required, driving with a suspended vehicle registration, and possession of drug paraphernalia. According to the report generated by the HCSO, the subject was stopped after the deputy observed him pull into oncoming traffic. Bail was $2,145.
- Fidencio C. Moreno, 36, was arrested on an outstanding warrant. Bail was $382.
Monday, Jan. 23
- Enrique Fernandez, 35 was charged being a pedestrian under the influence. Bail was $1077
- Carlos A. Gamboa, 58, was charged with DUI, open container, stop sign violation, turn signal violation, and driving without a valid license. Bail was $1,775.
- Macio Coleman, 24, was arrested on two outstanding warrants out of Lyon County. Bail was $4,007.
Tuesday, Jan. 24
- Arthur Gibbins, 42, was arrested on an outstanding warrant charging failure to appear in court on a charge of DUI. Bail was $686.
Wednesday, Jan. 25
- Cheyrl Anne Thomas was cited for failure to yield the right-of-way after a two-vehicle accident at Fourth & Hanson St.
