The following arrest and citation information was taken from media reports issued by the Winnemucca Police Department, the Humboldt County Sheriff's Office and the Nevada Highway Patrol.
Thursday, Dec. 29
- Jonathan Taylor Oaks, 25, was charged with burglary, possession of a dangerous drug without a prescription, and fraudulent use of a credit card. Bail was $27,500.
Saturday, Dec. 31
- Nethaniel Belingheri, 24, was charged with reckless driving, driving without proof of insurance, and possession of a controlled substance/methamphetamine. Bail was $6,354.
- A juvenile was charged with third offense driving without a valid license.
- Victoria Willis, 58, was charged with domestic battery. Bail was $3,000.
Monday, Jan. 1
- Orlando Ramirez, 31, was charged with first-offense domestic battery. Bail was $3,000.
- Tony Dehart, 29, was charged with disorderly conduct on allegations he was intoxicated to the degree he was verbally aggressive, threatened members of the public and exhibited violent behavior. Bail was $969. During the booking process authorities allegedly discovered drug paraphernalia. He was additionally charged with possession of drug paraphernalia. Bail was $627.
- Anthony Jimenez, 26, who is at the Humboldt County Detention Center, was charged with malicious destruction of property for allegedly destroying a computer used to order inmate commissary. Bail was $10,000.
Tuesday, Jan. 3
- Kacy Joseph Logan, 24, was charged with possession of a controlled substance/methamphetamine. Bail was $6,254
- Levi James Carl, 22 was arrested on an outstanding warrant. Bail was $20,000.
- Three male juveniles ages 16, 16, and 15 were allegedly found sitting in a vehicle drinking alcohol. They were booked into the Juvenile Detention Center.
- Bernardo Corona-Guizar, 28, was arrested on an outstanding warrant. Bail was $542.
Wednesday, Jan. 4
- Johnathan Harley Macias, 23, was charged with disorderly conduct, resisting a peace officer and intimidating a peace officer on allegations that while he was intoxicated he attempted to batter a bartender, screamed profanities, made threads of bodily injury in which he threatened to kill a police officer and then either skin him or scalp him. Bail was $6,754.
- A 16-year-old juvenile was charged with possession of a controlled substance/marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
- Ginger Dowen, 61, of McDermitt, was charged with being drunk on a public road. The allegations are the defendant was lying in the middle of the roadway and refused to move. Bail was $182.
Thursday, Jan. 5
- Travis Dick, 36, of McDermitt, was charged with petit larceny on the allegations he took an 18-pack of beer without paying for it. Bail was $1,127.
- Obinna Agbasi, 40, was arrested on an outstanding warrant charging fraudulent acts/gaming. Bail was $20,000.
Friday, Jan. 6
- Colette Taylor, 55, of Fort Collins, Colo., was charged with transporting marijuana and possession of marijuana for the purpose of sales. The allegations are officers recovered 40 lbs of marijuana in her car following a traffic stop on Interstate 80 near milemarker 180. Bail was $30,115
- Jacinto Lugo-Rivera, 33, was arrested on an outstanding warrant charging he failed to appear for a show cause hearing on the charge of second-offense domestic battery. Bail was $627.
Saturday, Jan. 7
- A juvenile female was charged with reckless driving, failure to stop at three traffic control devices, and driving without a valid license.
Monday, Jan. 9
- Juan Alcaraz, 37, was charged with contempt of court and sentenced to serve 28 days.
Tuesday, Jan. 10
- Matthew A. Jones, 21, Lancaster, Calif., was charged with DUI and open container. Bail was $1,406.
Wednesday, Jan. 11
- The Winnemucca Police Department is investigating the theft of 90 manhole lids and frames taken from the City Yard on Bengochea Dr. The items have an estimated value of $13,435. Anyone with information is encouraged to call the WPD at 623-6396 or Secret Witness 623-6969.
- Angela Macoby, 23, was arrested on an outstanding warrant charging failure to appear in court. Bail was $500.
- Crissa Thurston was charged with violating the conditions of Drug Court and is being held without bail.
