The following arrest and citation information was taken from media reports issued by the Winnemucca Police Department, the Humboldt County Sheriff's Office and the Nevada Highway Patrol. Monday, Dec. 5
  • Doris Ann Twichell was cited for dog injured/killed on allegations her dog went into the neighbor’s yard and killed another dog.

Tuesday, Dec. 6

  • Danny Snapp, 21, was charged with first-offense DUI after a rollover accident. Bail was $1,189.

Friday, Dec. 9

  • John Hogan, 42, was charged with trespassing. Bail was $182.

Saturday, Dec. 10

  • Ashley Jaramillo, 22, was charged with violating the terms of her probation and was further charged with resting a peace officer and battery on a peace officer.  Bail was $31,127.
  • Omar Noel Manzo, 34, was charged with battery on a peace officer/resisting a peace officer.  Bail was $2,254.

Sunday, Dec. 11

  • Kathryn April Vaneeten, 56, of McDermitt, was arrested on an outstanding warrant.  Bail was $20,000.
  • A 15-year-old female juvenile who was reported as a runaway was located and booked into the Humboldt County Juvenile Detention Center.
  • Eduardo Ramirez, 19, of Paradise Valley, was arrested on an outstanding warrant and was additionally charged with second-offense driving without a valid license. Bail was $1,009.
  • Eric Myers, 23, was arrested on an outstanding warrant.  Bail was $10,000.

Thursday, Dec. 15

  • Roger Dean Potts, 30, was placed under citizen’s arrest for petit larceny.  Bail was $1,127.
  • Michael R. Prather, 26, was arrested on an outstanding warrant charging two counts of domestic battery.  Bail was $2,254.
