The following arrest and citation information was taken from media reports issued by the Winnemucca Police Department, the Humboldt County Sheriff's Office and the Nevada Highway Patrol.

Monday, Nov. 21

  • Joseph Anthony Fattorini, 27, of Buckingham, Virginia, was charged with DUI/drugs, being under the influence of a controlled substance, and speeding.  Bail was $6,229.

Tuesday, Nov. 22

  • Jesus Alejandro Labrado-Magdaleno, 35, was charged with first-offense domestic battery.  Bail was $3,000.
  • James Carl Marriott, 47, was arrested on an outstanding warrant charging domestic battery.  Bail was $3,000.
  • Jeremiah Stephen Grace, 20, was arrested on an outstanding warrant charging failure to appear in court.  Bail was $635 – cash only.

Wednesday, Nov. 23

  • Eric Rehse, 25, was arrested on an outstanding warrant out of Union Township Justice Court charging possession of a controlled substance, possession of a dangerous drug without a prescription, and possession of drug paraphernalia.  Bail was $43,000.

Thursday, Nov. 24

  • Lawrence Lindeman, 27, was arrested on an outstanding warrant charging failure to appear in court.  Bail was $772 – cash only.

Friday, Nov. 25

  • Christopher Todd Curtis, 23, was charged with violating the terms of his probation and the Drug Court rules on allegations he consumed alcohol.  The subject was additionally charged with driving with a suspended license.  He was placed on a no-bail hold.
  • Larson McKee, 42, was charged with second-offense DUI, eluding peace officers and illegal parking.  The allegations were he attempted to flee from being pulled over and a pursuit ensued, which ended when the subject drove into a ditch.  Bail was $2,229.
  • Alva Jean Brown, 49, was charged with resist/obstruct/delaying a peace officer.  Bail was $1,127.
  • Arlin Brown, 28, was charged with possession of a firearm while under the influence.  Bail was $1,309.

Saturday, Nov. 26

  • Nicholas Cassinelli, 27, was arrested on an outstanding warrant charging failure to appear and was additionally charged with DUI, driving with a suspended license, driving with a suspended registration, and driving without proof of insurance.  Bail was $2,985.

Monday, Nov. 28

  • Joseph Levi Serna, 22, was arrested on an outstanding warrant out of Elko Township Justice Court charging failure to appear in court.  Bail was $1,606 – cash only.

Tuesday, Nov. 29

  • The WPD investigated a rollover accident that occurred on Minor St. near the Melarkey St. intersection.  According to the report, the vehicle exited a left curve at which point the driver lost control of the vehicle.  The car went into a counter-clockwise skid, skidded through the stop sign at Minor and Melarkey Streets, the side wheels came in contact with the curb of the median, and the vehicle to overturn.  All the occupants of the vehicle were able to exit the vehicle.  The driver fled the scene.  The owner of the vehicle said he had no information on the driver, who was a new acquaintance.

Wednesday, Nov. 30

  • Clinton Howard Johnson, 54,  was arrested on a misdemeanor failure to appear warrant.  Bail was $1,285.
  • Derek Jason Beesaw, 27, was arrested on an outstanding warrant charging failure to appear in court.  Bail was $477.

Thursday, Dec. 1

  • Timothy Kevin Geehan, 44, was charged with disorderly conduct and contempt of court on allegations he broke items in a residence and refused to leave when asked.  With police the subject was allegedly confrontational and struggled with officers when he was placed in handcuffs.  Bail was $342.
  • Consuelo Guerro-Herrera, 43, was arrested on an outstanding warrant charging he made threatening phone calls. Bail was $1,127.

Saturday, Dec. 3

  • Korey Amber Vankomen, 19, and a 17-year-old juvenile were charged with petit larceny on the allegations they took items from a store without paying for them.
  • Eric Christian Magiera, 20, of Sacramento, was charged with disorderly conduct and disturbing the peace on allegations he was trespassed from a local casino and on the way back to his motel he threw several garbage cans into the travel lane of W. Second St., which disturbed the peace of the neighborhood.  Bail was $684.
  • Justin Cody McCullar, 31, of Fernley, was charged with battery on a peace officer and interference with a peace officer.  Bail was $5,000.

Sunday, Dec. 4

  • Dion Martin Crutcher, 35, was arrested on an outstanding warrant. Bail was $382.
  • Byron Belle, 31, was charged with delay/obstruct/resisting a peace officer following a vehicle pursuit in which he allegedly jumped from the passenger seat and ran from officers.  Bail was $2,254.

Thursday, Dec. 8

  • Chester Robert Harrison, 63, was charged with being a convicted sex offender who failed to register.  Bail was $5,000.
