The following arrest and citation information was taken from media reports issued by the Winnemucca Police Department, the Humboldt County Sheriff's Office and the Nevada Highway Patrol.
Tuesday, Nov. 8
- Jenisa Renee Norman was charged with petit larceny on shoplifting allegations.
Thursday, Nov. 10
- Carlos Mannuel Lopez, 27, was arrested on an outstanding warrant charging failure to appear in court and was additionally charged with driving with a suspended license. Bail was $1,361 with $1,019 cash only.
Saturday, Nov. 12
- Chad Matthew Brown, 19, was charged with domestic battery and interception/interrupt message sent by phone. Bail was $5,500.
- Chad Stewart Tregellas, 33, was charged with resisting/obstructing a peace officer. Bail was $1,127.
- Christine Wolenski, 46, of Michigan, was charged with domestic battery. Bail was $3,000.
Sunday, Nov. 13
- Antonio Mejia, 51, was charged with domestic battery. Bail was $3,000.
Monday, Nov 14
- Rachel Marjorie Romo, 20, was cited for failure to yield the right-of-way following a two-vehicle accident at the Fourth and Monroe Streets intersection. Both vehicles had moderate damage.
Thursday, Nov. 17
- Esteban Mendoza-Zuniga, 45, was charged with first-offense DUI, possession of a firearm while intoxicated, and driving without a valid license. Bail was $3,809.
Friday, Nov. 18
- Michael Raynor, 48, was cited for failure to yield the right-of-way following a two vehicle accident at Hanson and Fourth Streets. There was moderate damage to both vehicles. Occupants of both vehicles declined medical attention.
Sunday, Nov. 20
- Jebadiah Muntz,31, of Washington, was arrested on an outstanding warrant. Bail was $937 – cash only.
- Ryan Christenson, of Minnesota, was charged with possession of a controlled substance – marijuana. Bail was $727.
Monday, Nov. 21
- Eriberto Duenaz Zamora, 31, was arrested on an outstanding warrant charging failure to appear in court. Bail was $619 – cash only.
