WINNEMUCCA — The Nevada Highway Patrol has issued a clarification in connection to the fatal vehicle accident that occurred on Wednesday, January 4 on Paradise Summit.  Sgt. Greg Johnson said the investigation determined Dalena Barr, 24, of McDermitt, was the driver of the vehicle.

Barr was ejected during the course of the rollover and died at the scene.  The passenger, Dusty Sam, 24, was the passenger. He was treated for injuries and released.
