WINNEMUCCA — In the wake of recent tragic events, the attempted suicide of one young person and the suicide of another, many are calling for a community-wide conversation with local young people. One young person has stepped forward to start that conversation.  She has courageously written about her experience and readers may find it on the commentary page:  Bullying and the butterfly effect
