Fire at Winners Casino Print

Winners Fire WINNEMUCCA —  A sign in front of Winners Hotel and Casino caught fire Friday evening -- sending flames shooting up into the nighttime sky.  More than a hundred guests and employees were evacuated as a safety precaution.  Winnemucca Blvd. was closed for about 45 minutes while the Winnemucca Volunteer Fire Department doused the flames.  There were no injuries and the guests were allowed back into the building within the hour.
